Kashat is the first Nano lending mobile app in Egypt, offering instant short-term loans to small business owners. Launched in January 2020 and regulated by the FRA, Kashat supports the underbanked by providing productive, instant loans with minimal paperwork. Partnering with VentureDive, leveraging our financial service portfolio, including work with TezFinancials, Kashat developed a secure digital wallet to facilitate loans across Egypt. VentureDive created Kashat’s mobile app, a web-based admin portal, and an agent portal, delivering the MVP in just 4 months. The app features robust security and multi-factor authentication, providing easy sign-up, quick loan approval, and instant fund transfers to users' eWallets. Since launching, Kashat has partnered with Mastercard, Orange Cash, and CIB Wallets, surpassed 1 million downloads, and disbursed over 100,000 loans, significantly impacting financial inclusion in Egypt.
